About this Role
What you will do
Collaborate with finance business partners and sales leaders to deliver accurate month‑end results and reporting packs.
Provide insightful commentary on budgets and forecasts, explaining drivers of performance at customer level.
Translate complex financial and commercial data into clear insights for business leads and guide sales teams on commitments required to meet targets.
Deliver baseline forecasting and work closely with commercial, contract accounting, and sales teams to ensure robust assumptions.
Support annual sales targeting across revenue, new business, and renewals, advising on assumptions, risks, opportunities, and performance gaps.
Understand cost‑of‑sales structures and contribute to efficiency and improvement initiatives through cross‑functional collaboration.
Who you are
Experienced in working within complex, multi‑functional corporate environments.
Intellectually curious, able to challenge established approaches and suggest new ways of working.
Skilled at simplifying complex information for diverse stakeholders, including non‑financial audiences.
Proactive and experienced in driving change and delivering improvement projects.
Strong in problem‑solving, financial modelling, analysis, and high‑attention to detail.
Professionally qualified (CA, CMA, CPA, MBA or equivalent) or possessing deep practical expertise in financial and commercial analysis.
Proficient in Excel and SAP, with strong communication skills across written and verbal formats.
