About this role

We are seeking a Senior Finance Business Analyst to drive business performance through insightful financial analysis and process optimisation. This role plays a pivotal part in supporting regional finance teams by delivering accurate financial results, enabling commercial decision-making, and enhancing customer profitability. The individual will collaborate closely with Finance Business Partners and Sales leadership to ensure robust forecasting, reporting, and strategic planning.

What you will do

  • Collaborate with Finance Business Partners and Sales Heads to ensure timely and accurate month-end results and reporting packs.
  • Provide detailed commentary on budget and forecast variances at customer level, translating financial insights into actionable guidance for Sales teams.
  • Deliver baseline forecasting in partnership with commercial, contract accounting, and sales teams.
  • Support the annual sales targeting process, advising on planning assumptions, performance targets, and tracking gaps.
  • Analyse cost of sales processes and identify improvement opportunities through cross-functional collaboration.

Who you are

  • Qualified CA/CMA or equivalent, with 3–5 years of experience in finance and/or commercial analysis.
  • Proven experience in a multi-functional, complex corporate matrix environment.
  • Intellectually curious, proactive, and capable of driving change through strategic thinking.
  • Skilled communicator, able to present complex financial data to senior stakeholders and non-finance audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in financial modelling and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP; Power BI experience is a plus.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
