What you’ll do

  • Develop analytical models on Vertex AI with in-depth knowledge of Python, Machine Learning, and Big Query 2.
  • Provide technical guidance and accountability for developing analytical models on HR Data utilizing tools such as Looker, Vertex AI, and GCP 1.
  • Work closely with SuccessFactors product owners and Data teams to document requirements for the Semantics Layer and lead requirement gathering sessions 3.
  • Understand GCP data models and query the models using Big Query for data analysis and reconciliation 4.
  • Work in Safe Agile models and maintain the JIRA tool as required 5.
  • Define and develop GCP Semantics Models and Global HR Data Analytics architecture for various Global HR systems

Who you are

Qualifications:

  • 10-12 years of experience in GCP (Process and Semantics Layer) development using Big Query and other data processing languages 7.
  • Experience with Vertex AI is a must. Experience with other HR analytics tools is a plus 8.
  • Expertise in demonstrating data on visualization tools like Qlik Sense, Power BI, GCP, and Vertex AI 9.
  • Strong SQL and Big Query skills with the ability to perform effective querying involving multiple tables and subqueries
  • Experience in Global HR Data/Processes, preferably in SuccessFactors or other HR systems

    Key Performance Indicators:
  • Strong skills in Global HR Data Analytics – GCP Process and Semantics Layer, Big Query, SQL, Python, Vertex AI, and machine learning 13.
  • Understanding of HR Data and processes, preferably in SuccessFactors and GCP 14.
  • Strong communication skills to work with product owners, data teams, and customers to understand the GCP requirements for HR Qlik Dashboards
