Who you are

  • PTP Operations: ensure all the invoices are booked by the team as per SLA
  • Support team to complete their activities on timely basis.
  • KPI reporting and taking corrective actions to achieve all KPIs.
  • First time right resolution on queries/issues raised by local market Finops/Business and the Vendors
  • Accurate MEC, Controls and balance sheets
  • Manage dependencies and understand upstream processes to ensure timely Invoice postings
  • Highlighting potential risks in the processes in a timely manner
  • Completion of month end procedures and processes including Balance Sheet analysis
  • Continuous process improvement by the Identification of control weaknesses and deficiencies or inefficient processes and correction thereof.
  • Analysis of open items to ensure it is correct.

Impact on Business:

  • Month end processing support to Group Governance and EVO.
  • Gain a level understanding of key components of budgetary process to challenge the finances reported within respective

Interfaces with Customers, Suppliers & Third parties:

  • Provide dedicated support to Local Market.
  • Provide response to the queries raised by key stakeholders & vendors
  • Proactive identification, reporting and resolution of issues with the key stakeholders

Leadership & Teamwork:

  • Work in a virtual team/matrix structure and influence accordingly
  • Work with teams across functions to deliver improvements across Group Common Functions.

Innovation & Change

  • Support Stakeholders with developing processes and supporting analyses to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of Group Internal processes, following EVO migration.

Others

Ability to navigate large amount of information : extract long term and prioritized actions and deep diving into details

Essential:

  • Proven track record and 8+ yrs of experience in PTP Accounting 
  • Shared services experience
  • Prioir expeirence of working in SAP
