About the Role
What you'll do
- Conduct in‑depth analysis across Real Estate (IFRS16), APA, Billing and OTC processes, resolving issues and improving outcomes.
- Lead multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional finance teams including Billing, APA, Real Estate IFRS16 and General Ledger.
- Drive and support full-cycle finance operations ensuring accuracy, compliance and quality.
- Manage and deliver automation and simplification initiatives to enhance efficiency and improve process quality.
- Apply strong accounting and IFRS16 knowledge to support real estate accounting and financial reporting.
- Interpret financial data, identify trends, and provide insights that support business decisions.
Who you are
- A qualified Chartered Accountant / ACCA / MBA with 3–6 years of experience in RTR, FP&A or related finance domains.
- Skilled in accounting, IFRS, analytical thinking and financial reporting.
- Experienced in Real Estate Accounting (IFRS16), APA, Billing, OTC or similar finance areas.
- Proactive, collaborative and able to independently drive deliverables across diverse teams.
- Strong communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple organisational levels.
- Proficient in SAP and familiar with automation or process improvement initiatives.
