Role: Global HR SF Reporting SME

Role purpose: The role will be responsible for design, create, changes of SuccessFactors Reports (All types – Table, Canvas, Dashboards and Story). The Role would also require understanding the data insights of HR Domain (All modules like T&A, EC, Talent & Succession, PD, RCM, OFB/ONB etc) processes to cater to Business requirements and Dashboards requirement mapping.

 

Core competencies, knowledge, and experience:

  • Accountable to understand SF reports across geographies.
  • Understand and prioritize the delivery of report in HR Services systems, from variety of customers and stakeholders in HR community across the global enterprise.
  • Understand the efficient ways to Design and create the Story dashboards and other type of SF Reports.
  • Must have worked in Agile/Safe Agile ways of working to deliver the requirements in Program Increments.
  • Experience of working with Recruitment domain Reports and Story Report (People Analytics).
  • Experience in understanding business requirements for SF Reports , processing, consolidation, and distribution/Scheduling of data utilizing SuccessFactors Reporting Tool is a must.
  • Must have a sound understanding of Success Factors HR Processes.
  • Must have excellent skill set in formulating and consolidating large data sets in excel by utilizing the excel formulas.
  • Must have experience is building RCM, T&A , PD and Annual reports utilizing HR SuccessFactors Data.
  • Good to have working skillset for SAP Analytics Cloud and Qlik Sense.
  • Must have working experience for building dashboards in any of the tools such as Success Factor Report center Story, Power Apps, Power BI, Qlik Sense etc.


Key performance indicators [max 3]:

  • Accountable to understand, design and create SF reporting Requirements across geographies.
  • Understand and prioritize the delivery of report requirements in HR Services systems, from variety of customers and stakeholders in HR community across the global enterprise.
  • Understand the efficient ways to present the data of different SF modules through dashboards and partner with SO’s/PO’s.
  • Must have worked in Agile/Safe Agile ways of working to deliver the requirements in Program Increments.

 

Must have technical / professional qualifications: 

  • 6+ years of HR Operations Experience; with at least 3+ years in SuccessFactors Reporting module.
  • Sound understanding of HR processes across Success Factors modules in a global enterprise. 
  • Good communication skills to help queries on SF all Reports types from Market users and stakeholders.
