About this Role

We are seeking a Team Lead for our AskHR function based in Pune, responsible for leading the AskHR team supporting India and Vodacom Group. This role serves as the first point of contact for employees, delivering high-quality HR advice and ensuring timely resolution of policy and process-related queries. The individual will manage a team of nine direct reports and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met, while continuously improving processes and enhancing employee experience.

What you will do

  • Total experience - 7+ yrs
  • Work Location - Pune (hybrid)
  • Shift - 11:30 to 8:30 PM
  • Lead the AskHR team to resolve employee queries via email, web chat, and online tickets.
  • Ensure SLA adherence and maintain high standards of service delivery.
  • Collaborate with HR Centres of Expertise to stay updated on policy changes.
  • Drive continuous process improvement and enhance service quality.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders across functions.
  • Apply sound judgement to resolve HR queries within defined KPIs and service levels.

 

Who you are

  • A graduate with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experienced in team management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Skilled in KPI tracking and performance delivery.
  • Familiar with AI techniques for query management.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and interpersonal abilities.
