Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
-
Service Troubleshooting and Understanding existing codes and flows.
Developing and deploying enhancements in production environment and lower Environments.
Involvement in triage of Major Incidents and Escalated cases. -
Post release Service synthetic testing.
Service Application Debugging.
Discovering and driving defects till closer.
Involvement is project planning and Operational readiness.
Documentation of Standard Operating Procedure and Operation Manual for L1/L2 teams.
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:

A WebMethods Developer resource having experience in development of complex solution over of WebMethods products suite.

Must have experience in development of service over Public and subscribe framework.
-
Development experience required have functionalities/Solution over APIGW, remote invoke, ESB, B2B TN and WebMethods Active transfers.
-
Must have experience of development of SOAP, Rest stateful, Stateless services.
-
Troubleshooting experiences of Integration Server, Universal messaging server, Enterprise Gateway, API Gateway, IS Clustering.

Preferred to have experience on Administration, Planning, configuration of WebMethods product suite (APIGW, Broker, Integration Server, Trading Networks, My WebMethods Server, Deployer, Adapters (SAP, JDBC etc), Universal Messaging, API, command central and Terracotta)..

L3 Experience in Administration and maintenance of Integration solutions.

Platform: MUST have worked on any of Unix flavored Environment (Linux, Solaris, AIX, HP-UX etc.).

Troubleshooting issues related to threads, memory, sessions Analysing thread dumps and finding root causes of server crashes.

Experience in communication security protocols, TLS, HTTP(s), SFTP, Encryption /Decryption and file / Database polling.

Experience in Certificate Configurations with ports/services.
-
Zest/Experience in both development and Admin will be a plus.

MUST have worked on WebMethods version (7.X, 8.X, 9.X and 10.X) components:
-
Preferable experience in Telecom domain involves configuring and managing the production application & production servers, monitoring and scripting for automations.
Must have professional/technical qualification
- Experience on Migration from 8.X,9.x towards 10.x would be added advantage.
- Should have supported technically on deployment and Releases.
- Should have Sound knowledge and exposure of Order journeys in LOB (Line of Business) , incident management, problem management, change management, release management, continuous service improvement.
- Should have sound knowledge of SQL,PL/SQL as well.
- Should have good understanding of ITIL execution methodology, use of best practices in support and monitoring activities.

Should have good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in both small and large teams.
