Role purpose:

To provide governance and reporting support in all aspects related to Procurement and Business Planning, Reporting and Decision Support ensuring that business decision are aimed to maximize value creation.  

Key accountabilities for the Governance Support are:

Reporting:
•Produce/Construct a robust Reporting Process for reporting the daily, Monthly and Yearly KPIs for all the service lines.  
•Timely & consistent delivery of Operations Reports to the Service lines 
•Liaising with various levels of Stakeholders and the SPOCs for the collation of information required for Productivity KPIs and conducting regular reviews with stakeholders to understand movement in KPIs. 
•Reconciling the Volumes and the Cost centres with the Service lines. 
•Managing the service lines with the queries and concerns about the Operations reports. Making sure all reports are Standard and are prepared with high accuracy
•Downloading the required data and information from Reportal to prepare meaningful Operations reports/analysis for the Service lines.
•Supporting all the queries pertaining to the Operations reports from the Service lines Spocs
•Maintaining high accuracy in the daily reporting and analysis done
•Maintain a solid and up-to-date contract framework and manage changes (operationally and commercially).
•Coordination with all Internal Vodafone teams like SCM, Purchase Order Desk, Group Technology Finance on regular basis
•Creation and maintenance of executive dashboards for senior stakeholder
•Ensure all governance and controls are on track and up to date.

Management reporting and Analysis: 
•Ensure timely delivery of insightful management information to the business head to support effective decision making
•Ownership of Benchmarking Process - Managing/Tracking the Productivity KPIs – Conducting regular reviews with GSLs and highlighting any issues early on. 
•Ownership of Quality-of-Service reporting - Coordinating with different service lines for gathering the information and liaising with the Spocs. Reviewing the KPIs and discussing reasons for changes in performance with GSLs.
•Creating Dashboards, Reports for Service lines and pillars of Vodafone.
•Working on various efficiency related projects/ Identifying opportunities for automation 
•Coordinating with the Service lines with the Risk/ Issues and queries with the Operations Reports. Reviewing the Operations Reports.
•Assisting the Sr Stakeholders/Business Management team with Valuable Information Tracking and Analysis of the various data points of the Service lines. ( Tickets/ Story Points/ Test Cases/ Function Points)
•Working extensively in Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, Reportal, Remedy, Power BI, and various analytical tools used for analysis and Reporting.
•Adding value in the various day-to-day reports/Projects helping the management with key insights on the data points tracked.

Key Skills and Experience:

Excellent MS Office knowledge.
Procurement Basic Knowledge.
Analyse and solve complex problems, and have careful attention to detail. 
Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication & interpersonal skills would help communicate assertively when needed to convince or escalate.
Discretion and confidentiality.
Ability to adhere to organization compliances and audit trails. 
Bachelor’s degree.
Collaboration - works across the function and ability to communicate effectively especially in an onsite/offshore setup.
