Manager_Oracle DBA, Exadata _Pune
Role Purpose
Lead the project phase from G0 to G5/6 gate, coordinating deliverables for gating decisions and approvals. Manage project delivery for all connectivity demand requests from major customers (Group Data Center) and OPCO within NSU scope. Key responsibilities include:
- Interacting with customers and stakeholders to capture requirements, highlight dependencies, and resolve issues.
- Collaborating with service connectivity build teams (Vodafone Cloud Infrastructure, DC Service Design, office networks, Global network engineering) for early design and demand management.
- Acting as the project interface for stakeholders and engaging regional demand teams for OpCo network delivery.
- Ensuring timely, on-budget delivery of implementations and ongoing services, maintaining control over schedule, risks, scope, and budget.
- Supporting escalation management up to Senior Management.
- Driving process improvements, automation, and KPI/SLA enhancement.
- Staying updated with technology trends and upskilling self/team for offshore transitions.
- Engaging in agile projects and transitioning them to offshore.
- Creating work breakdown structures (WBS), sprints, and schedules based on estimates and business needs.
