About this Role
What you will do
- Manage internal and external audits effectively.
- Process payroll for 15,000+ employees in line with internal guidelines and statutory requirements.
- Collaborate with payroll SPOCs, Finance, and HR CoE for accurate monthly payroll inputs.
- Ensure compliance with payroll-related statutory regulations.
- Maintain accurate employee data and payroll inputs in SuccessFactors (SF).
- Reconcile SF employee data with payroll vendor data monthly.
- Prepare and publish payroll MIS reports and dashboards.
- Address employee payroll queries promptly and professionally.
- Administer payroll benefits and implement smart validations and controls.
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee experience and process efficiency.
Who you are
- Strong knowledge of India payroll processes and controls.
- Understanding of employee taxation and compliance.
- Proficient in English with excellent communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors (SF).
- Skilled in SLA management and stakeholder engagement.
- Postgraduate or MBA preferred.
- Background in service delivery is an advantage.
