About this Role

We are seeking a Payroll Administrator to manage end-to-end payroll operations for VOIS India. This role ensures accurate and timely payroll processing for over 15,000 employees, compliance with statutory requirements, and delivery of exceptional employee experience. You will also oversee audits, SLA adherence, and continuous process improvements while collaborating with HR, Finance, and payroll partners.

What you will do

  • Manage internal and external audits effectively.
  • Process payroll for 15,000+ employees in line with internal guidelines and statutory requirements.
  • Collaborate with payroll SPOCs, Finance, and HR CoE for accurate monthly payroll inputs.
  • Ensure compliance with payroll-related statutory regulations.
  • Maintain accurate employee data and payroll inputs in SuccessFactors (SF).
  • Reconcile SF employee data with payroll vendor data monthly.
  • Prepare and publish payroll MIS reports and dashboards.
  • Address employee payroll queries promptly and professionally.
  • Administer payroll benefits and implement smart validations and controls.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance employee experience and process efficiency.

Who you are

  • Strong knowledge of India payroll processes and controls.
  • Understanding of employee taxation and compliance.
  • Proficient in English with excellent communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors (SF).
  • Skilled in SLA management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Postgraduate or MBA preferred.
  • Background in service delivery is an advantage.
