What you’ll do

  • Elicit customer requirements using different tools like interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops
  • Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details
  • Translate customer requirements and business needs into application and operational requirements
  • Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: Business Requirements Documents, User Stories, Shaping Document etc.
  • Drive and challenge business units on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plans
  • Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Work independently with minimal or no supervision
  • The ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Conduct Training for Clients / System Users
  • Actively participate in the requirements, design, and build phases of an application through collaboration with the business contacts and Pega consultant team

Who you are

Essential:

  1. Experience in handling AD Projects of size  2-5 M $
  2. BIBDA  and BSS Domain Knowledge
  3. Managing Program and well verse on Agile management framework
  4. Estimation and Productivity Expert

Experience:

  1. Overall experience of 12-15 years
  2. Minimum 8-10 Years of relevant experience as Business Analyst /Product Owner

Plus:

  1. CBAP/CSPO, Safe Agile Certifications
  2. Jira, Confluence, Azure Devops, Teams, Microsoft Office Advance Level, Miro
  3. Telecom BSS (Business Support System) Working knowledge and/or experience of gathering requirements and delivering solutions for one or more of the enterprise product sets
