Roles & Responsibilites
- Experience in agile scrum development teams
- Successful Track record as Scrum Master
- Enforces the scrum process and makes sure that daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives are executed
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Experience as project manager
- Enjoys working in international multi-location teams.
- Helping the scrum team to avoid or remove impediments to their progress, whether internal or external to the team
- Facilitating team events to ensure regular progress
- Coaching the team, within the scrum principles, in order to deliver quality valuable features for their product
- Promoting self-organization within the team
- Helping the product owner maintain the product backlog in a way that ensures the project is well.
Required Skills
- Overall experience of 7 to 10 years
- Experience with API’s
- Safe Agile certified.
- Experience as project manager, defect management tools, Jira, confluence
- Experience/knowledge in internet technologies such as REST, JSON, HTML5, XML, JAVA and SOAP.
- Proven experience as Scrum master using Agile Methodologies.
- Deep Knowledge and expertise working in agile teams
- Excellent Experience in creating Burn down charts, backlog maps etc.
- Excellent Experience in continuous delivery processes and tools
- Successful track record as Scrum Master
- Experience in IT and/or Telco industry
- Analytical abilities.
