About this Role

We are seeking a dedicated Scrum Master to coach agile teams and ensure the effective application of Scrum practices. This role involves facilitating key agile ceremonies, collaborating with development teams, and maintaining a healthy product backlog in coordination with Product Owners. The Scrum Master will foster strong relationships between teams, resolve impediments, and support team dynamics to enhance productivity.

What you will do

  • Coach agile teams and ensure effective application of Scrum practices.
  • Facilitate key agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with development teams to estimate and plan project deliverables.
  • Forecast iteration outcomes based on historical data and team capacity.
  • Maintain a healthy product backlog in coordination with Product Owners.
  • Foster strong relationships between teams, Product Owners, and external stakeholders.
  • Resolve impediments and support team dynamics to enhance productivity.
  • Coordinate with other Scrum Masters to manage dependencies and risks within the SAFe Agile framework.
  • Administer and maintain the Scrum board, ensuring accurate tracking of user stories and tasks.
  • Monitor and report on agile metrics such as burn-down charts and defect escape rate.

Who you are

  • The Scrum Master ensures that the team follows Scrum principles, events, and artifacts correctly.
  • They act as a servant-leader, supporting the team rather than commanding it, helping members collaborate and self-organize.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
  • Hands-on experience with Scrum master role who can guide and deliver value in ARTs.
  • Knowledge of ETL and Datawarehouse and Cloud services.
  • Exceptional customer-facing skills.
  • Solid problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to train and guide team members.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Readiness to demonstrate a proactive attitude.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
