Job Description
Role purpose:
The Service Catalogue & Quantity Coordinator is a key conduit between the VOIS Service Towers and the Markets in terms of both processes, defined services and the consumption of services/units leading to an effective charge.
They will be responsible for tracking and controlling all service change requests within the organization. This role ensures that changes to services are managed effectively, minimizing disruption to operations and ensuring compliance with established processes and controls.
Quantity metrics are a critical component of our Services and service consumption, it is critical to ensure the quality assurance of Q Changes, Q metric management and the Q collection, as this is a critical success factor for VOIS’s end to end delivery.
Coordination of the Data Sources and Service Delivery Lead inputs required to produce the Manage My Delivery (MMD) Dashboard for VOIS.
Providing subject matter expertise, coordination and guidance across Manage My Delivery, Service Catalogue and the end-to-end Change Management processes and governance controls.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership
- Track and manage all service change requests, ensuring they are logged, assessed, and prioritized appropriately.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills, attitude to plan and organize work to deliver as agreed.
- Implement and maintain change control processes to ensure changes are managed in a consistent and controlled manner.
- Maintaining the data quality, data consistency issues and essential business critical processes
- Monitor progress of Service Catalogue / Change Requests / Q metrics / MMD to ensure that are implemented on time and within SLA.
- Provide regular reports on the status of service change requests to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Identify, record, and escalate any risks or issues related to service changes that may impact business operations.
