Job Roles
The role will provide the support and ownership in the following areas to ensure availability of network and platform 24x7
•Obtain 95% of incident resolution, minimise MTTR
•Support provide and build activity
•Manage and assist change activity with zero incident due to change
•Provide Infrastructure maintenance to support customer and platform requirements.
•On-boarding of New Networks and systems.
•Act as SME during Major incidents
•Manage multiple projects in intense environment.
•Prepare detailed performance, benefit analysis
•Improve team performance and simplify complex process
•Real-time operational role providing support for complex multi-technology solutions.
•Customer focused approach to meet desired customer experience.
•Support sea-cable restoration activity
•Support change activity
•Complete Service impact analysis for changes
•potentially engage 3rd line directly
•reroute requests on major faults
•deeper dive on fault post 1st attempt by 1st line
•co-ordinate and review network topology against network failures to understand is further risk is present in the network
•escalation management
•Assess network risk with current failures - review against planned works
•Reroute Rebuilt services & normalisation
•Support seacable restoration activity
•Support change activity
•Complete Service impact anaylsis for changes
•potentially engage 3rd line directly
