About this Role

We are seeking a Master Data Analyst to manage and maintain high-quality master data across vendor, customer, material, and finance domains. This role involves supporting onboarding and change activities, ensuring compliance with SCM policies, and contributing to digital automation initiatives. You will play a key part in achieving KPIs, managing queries, and driving process improvements while collaborating with stakeholders globally.

What you will do

 

  • Manage master data processes and maintain data quality using MDG tools.
  • Perform audits, reconciliations, and mass data changes with agility.
  • Deliver projects on time, including UAT, and meet stakeholder expectations.
  • Handle escalations and manage end-to-end contract lifecycle.
  • Drive adoption of SCM systems and processes across global teams.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Contribute to digital automation and continuous process improvements.
  • Arrange training sessions for internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and wellbeing agendas.

Who you are

 

  • Experienced in Supply Chain Management and project delivery.
  • Skilled in SAP, MDG, Material/Vendor/Customer Master, MS Office, and Power BI.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Capable of motivating teams and working across multiple locations.
  • Knowledgeable in GDPR/DPA and commercial contract management.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
