Required Skills & Experience

Essential

  • 10-15 years’ of strong experience with a combination of intensive development, design and architecture skills
  • Experience with designing custom solutions using cloud Platforms (Microsoft , AWS etc) , Microsoft platform, PowerShell, .Net core and ASP.NET and MS Azure.
  • Experience on All versions of SharePoint including SharePoint 2016 and Office 365
  • Experience on at least one Cloud Technology is mandatory
  • Experience with Design, develop, and document OOB SharePoint solutions using Microsoft Technology stack
  • Strong Knowledge and hands on Experience on Design Patterns.

Desired

  • Strong technological background, with degree level technical / engineering qualification in Computer Science, Telecommunications or equivalent
  • Exposure to full SDLC
  • Critical thinking, problem solving, design, and most critically, attention to performance, scalability, reliability, availability at the system and component level.
  • Participate in the gathering and documenting of requirements from non-technical business users.

Key Accountabilites

  • Solution architecture and design for Microsoft solutions and Cloud based projects that focus on performance, and targeting new or significant modifications of existing business processes. 
  • Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing effective procedures for Microsoft and Cloud based solutions that meet business requirements
  • Provide full development support to development team, adhere to project timelines and technical deliverables within different client environments; analyze and provide quality technical solutions that exceed client expectations.
  • Work directly with stakeholders to analyze the current architecture and provide implementation plans for upgrade/migration and various deployment scenarios
