About this Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect who will act as the design authority for end‑to‑end technical and service solutions. The individual will collaborate closely with sales teams and customers to design, cost, and document scalable, repeatable, and compliant solutions across simple and complex opportunities. This role supports opportunities across single or multiple countries and requires strong subject matter expertise in one or more areas across the Vodafone Global Enterprise portfolio, such as WAN, LAN, Wi‑Fi, Unified Communications, and Service Architecture.

What you will do

  • Capture and interpret customer requirements and translate them into approved, feasible, and scalable VOIS solutions.
  • Build detailed risk assessments and develop accurate, scalable cost models to support pricing strategies.
  • Produce high‑quality documentation for RFP responses, proposals, High‑Level Designs, and Statements of Work.
  • Ensure solution designs align with delivery timelines, governance standards, and established service frameworks.
  • Operate as a subject matter expert in selected portfolio areas and deliver knowledge support to Sales, other Solution Architects, and cross‑functional teams including Product Management, Technology, Delivery, and Operations.
  • Collaborate with bid, pricing, commercial, legal, delivery, and account teams on multi‑country and complex opportunities.

Who you are

  • An individual with the ability to confidently interface with global customers and represent VOIS portfolio capabilities.
  • A professional skilled in shaping compelling proposals and influencing customer decision‑making.
  • A collaborator with excellent interpersonal and teamwork capabilities, comfortable operating within multinational environments.
  • Detail‑oriented, analytical, and able to maintain precision under pressure from internal and external stakeholders.
  • A subject matter expert in one or more of: WAN, LAN, Wi‑Fi, Unified Communications, Cloud Technologies, Network Security, Managed LAN Services, or similar.
  • Educated to a first degree level in engineering or an equivalent field.
  • Experienced in designing complex enterprise solutions (5–7 years preferred) across domains such as IPVPN, MPLS, SDN, NFV, Cloud, Wi‑Fi, WAN Access Technologies, WAN Optimisation, Internet Access, Network Monitoring, IoT, and Mobility Services.
  • Ideally experienced in IT Managed Services and/or international project exposure.
  • Possessing desirable certifications such as CCNA/CCNP/CCIE, TOGAF, ITIL, eTOM, Genesys GCP, ONF, AWS, or equivalents.
