About this Role
We are seeking an Oracle Service Bus Integration Engineer with 3–4 years of experience to design, develop and support enterprise integration solutions on the Oracle Fusion Middleware stack. This role is part of a collaborative integration team responsible for building scalable, high-performing services that enable seamless communication across enterprise systems and applications.
What you’ll do
- Design, develop and support integration solutions using Oracle Service Bus (OSB)
- Build and manage services ensuring seamless integration between applications and target systems
- Develop and maintain web services using SOAP and REST standards
- Work with XML technologies including WSDL, XPath, XQuery and XSLT for transformations
- Configure and integrate JCA adapters such as Database, JMS, File and FTP
- Support deployment and maintenance activities within WebLogic Server and Oracle SOA Suite environments
- Collaborate with integration teams to deliver scalable and reliable integration solutions
- Participate in CI/CD processes using tools such as Jenkins and Git
- Support troubleshooting and optimisation of integration services to ensure performance and reliability
Who you are
- 3–4 years of experience in Oracle Service Bus (OSB 11g/12c) development and support
- Strong knowledge of web services (SOAP/REST), WSDL and XML technologies
- Experience in XPath, XQuery and XSLT transformations
- Hands-on experience with JCA adapters (Database, JMS, File, FTP)
- Familiarity with WebLogic Server and Oracle SOA Suite
- Basic understanding of SQL/PL-SQL and database integrations
- Experience working with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Git
- Exposure to Agile ways of working
- Good to have:
- Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or cloud-based integrations
- Knowledge of API Gateway or API Management platforms
- Understanding of security policies such as OWSM and WS-Security
- Exposure to GitHub Copilot
