About this Role

We are seeking an experienced OSS Demand Manager to serve as the central point of coordination for demand management activities within the OSS Assurance domain. This role is responsible for aggregating, governing, and tracking all demand requests into a single, integrated delivery plan, ensuring alignment with release and operational lifecycle plans. The successful candidate will work closely with Digital portfolio teams, Operations, suppliers, and internal delivery teams to manage demand intake, approvals, governance, reporting, and delivery tracking across a global telecom environment.

What you’ll do

•Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) regarding all demand requests.
•Capture and manage new demand requirements through established demand intake processes.
•Coordinate initial demand reviews with SMEs and facilitate progression through supplier engagement and approval stages.
•Track demand requests from initiation through VROM and Statement of Work (SOW) processes.
•Liaise with SMEs and stakeholders to obtain necessary reviews, approvals, and sign-offs.
•Maintain and update demand management tools, including PEGA, JIRA, and Azure DevOps.
•Prepare and coordinate F4G submissions where required.
•Ensure all necessary approvals are secured to support governance and funding processes.
•Maintain demand and delivery trackers, ensuring timely and accurate status updates.
•Provide administrative and process support to technical and delivery teams.
•Organise and facilitate governance meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
•Monitor delivery progress and support successful release readiness activities.
•Produce governance reports and progress updates for leadership and stakeholder groups.
•Collaborate with geographically dispersed teams and supplier organisations to ensure delivery objectives are achieved.

Who you are

Essential Experience & Skills
•5-7 years of relevant professional experience.
•Proven experience in project management and demand management.
•Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
•Experience using Azure DevOps (ADO), JIRA, and PEGA.
•Knowledge of governance, reporting, and delivery management processes.
•Supplier and vendor management experience.
•Understanding of telecom networks and OSS (Operational Support Systems) domains.
•Experience working within multinational and geographically distributed teams.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in UK English, including understanding a range of UK accents.
Desirable Qualifications
•IT-related degree or equivalent professional experience.
•Additional professional qualifications or certifications in project management are desirable.
