About this Role

We are seeking an experienced OSS Technical Delivery professional to drive the aggregation, governance, and execution of OSS assurance domain demands across multiple markets. The role is central to enabling a unified OSS delivery plan, acting as the primary interface between digital portfolio teams, network operations, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. The successful individual will ensure effective demand management, governance tracking, and timely delivery aligned with organisational objectives.

What you’ll do

  • Act as a single point of contact for Assurance SMEs across all demand requests spanning multiple markets
  • Manage OSS demand intake (“front door”) and collaborate with digital, network, and OSS teams
  • Coordinate impact assessments and prioritisation of work across demand pipelines
  • Maintain and govern demand and delivery trackers for leadership reviews
  • Facilitate approvals for demand mobilisation and delivery execution
  • Oversee supplier coordination, including Statement of Work (SOW) and VROM reviews
  • Publish and manage OSS demand/delivery KPI dashboards (e.g., Kanban boards)
  • Track delivery performance against budgets ranging from £250k to £1m
  • Manage cross-market demand coordination, including daily collaboration with European teams
  • Support financial governance including cross-charge tracking and process improvement
  • Administer and optimise workflow tools such as JIRA, PEGA, and Azure DevOps

Who you are

  • Demonstrated experience (10+ years) in OSS and telecom domains
  • Strong expertise in project and demand management with governance reporting
  • Proficient in stakeholder and supplier relationship management
  • Good knowledge of OSS assurance and network domains
  • Experience working in multinational and geographically distributed teams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with digital tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, and PEGA
  • Financial awareness and ability to manage budgets effectively
  • Degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Professional certifications such as PMP or SAFe are desirable
