About this Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect to lead the end‑to‑end technical ownership of enterprise applications within the systems. This role plays a critical part in ensuring architectural alignment, release governance, production stability and DevOps transformation across complex platforms. The individual will act as a senior technical authority, driving platform modernisation, operational resilience and effective collaboration with business and vendor partners. What you’ll do

  • Own end‑to‑end architecture and platform accountability for enterprise applications, ensuring alignment with strategic and operational objectives. 
  • Driving platform stability, operational resilience and effective collaboration with Stake Holders. Define and govern stability, resilience, performance, scalability and availability standards.
  • Drive platform modernisation initiatives, including cloud adoption and containerisation strategies.

  • Lead release governance across the delivery lifecycle, ensuring production readiness, deployment approvals and rollback strategies.
  • Act as the final Level‑3 escalation point for high‑priority incidents, leading root cause analysis, defect resolution and service restoration. 
  • Champion DevOps practices by defining and implementing CI/CD pipelines and automation strategies. 
  • Govern multi‑environment landscapes, including infrastructure upgrades, disaster recovery readiness and capacity planning.
  • Engage with business stakeholders and vendor partners, providing clear technical direction and executive‑level reporting to support decision‑making.

Who you are

  • An accomplished technical professional with extensive experience in Oracle RODOD telecom IT environments.
  • Highly skilled in Siebel CRM, BRM, FMW, OSS, DevOps tooling and modern infrastructure platforms including cloud and container technologies.
  • An accomplished technical professional with extensive experience in enterprise or telecom IT environments. 
  • Highly skilled in enterprise application stacks, DevOps tooling and modern infrastructure platforms including cloud and container technologies. 
  • Confident in release, change, incident and problem management within large‑scale production systems. 
  • Experienced in working across multi‑vendor delivery models and influencing senior stakeholders through clear, evidence‑based recommendations.
  • A collaborative leader who applies sound judgement, structured thinking and a continuous improvement mindset
