About this Role

We are seeking a skilled Pega Application Developer who will play a critical role in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-scale business process management solutions using Pega PRPC. This role contributes directly to operational excellence by ensuring stable, scalable, and efficient workflow automation, while collaborating closely with business, operations, and technology stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes aligned with business priorities.

What you’ll do

Deliver end-to-end development and support of Pega PRPC applications in line with business and operational SLAs.
Design and build Pega workflows, rules, classes, templates, streams, data pages, activities, and user interfaces using Pega guardrails and best practices.
Apply advanced understanding of Pega PRPC architecture and design features to create robust and scalable solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex production and integration issues, ensuring minimal business disruption.
Develop and support integrations with external systems using SOAP and related technologies.
Coordinate with operations and testing teams to analyse defects, deliver fixes, and support release activities.
Facilitate and manage DCO sessions, maintain the functional backlog, and support functional design to ensure optimal use of Pega capabilities.
Build and unit test application components, conduct peer reviews, and escalate technical risks appropriately.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional technical teams to ensure solution alignment and quality delivery.
Update and validate functional backlogs, ensuring requirements are documented through use cases, design templates, and test scenarios.
Complete weekly timesheet updates and coordinate regularly with the Operations Manager.

Who you are

You have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working with Pega PRPC version 7.x or 8.x.
You bring strong knowledge of integrations, particularly SOAP-based services.
You have working knowledge of XML, Java, Oracle, JavaScript, and SQL.
You are comfortable working in agile delivery environments and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
You hold an engineering or science degree and a Pega CSSA certification.
Experience with Pega PRPC version 6.x and above, along with architecture design exposure, is considered an advantage.
An Agile or Scrum certification is desirable.
