About this Role

We are seeking a PPM Configuration Engineer to provide end-to-end support for the lifecycle management of project and portfolio management tools within Network Strategy & Engineering. This role focuses on tool configuration, integration, migration, and operational readiness across markets and verticals, working closely with vendors and internal delivery teams to ensure availability, compliance, and continuous improvement.

What you’ll do

Manage the full lifecycle of project management tools, including onboarding, configuration, upgrades, patching, and decommissioning.Coordinate with vendors to ensure application availability in line with agreed service levels.Support tool migration activities, including testing, documentation, and stakeholder alignment.Ensure compliance with NSE standards and data protection policies during integration and migration.Configure and customise tools to enable integrations and performance improvements.Provide L2/L3 support for incidents, problems, and change requests, applying ITIL practices.Act as a point of contact for tool users, vendors, and internal teams across locations.Maintain accurate documentation covering configurations, migration plans, and support models.

Who you are

Experienced in project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.Skilled in tools such as Wrike, PPM, Jira, or similar platforms.Comfortable working with cloud environments (GCP, Azure), APIs, and integration frameworks.Confident in Unix/Linux environments, with hands-on experience in deployment and production support.Knowledgeable in CI/CD pipelines, shell scripting, SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle.A proactive communicator who works effectively across international and cross-functional teams.Qualified to a bachelor’s degree level, with DevOps certifications considered an advantage.
