About this Role
What you’ll do
- Support Privacy and Responsible AI by Design and Assurance activities across global data processing initiatives
- Manage privacy impact assessments (PIAs) and AI risk assessments, and support demand management via OneTrust
- Conduct privacy demand triage, categorisation, and ensure timely resolution of requests
- Respond to Subject Access Requests (SARs) and similar queries for Vodafone Group staff
- Assist in incident management, including initial investigation of privacy-related incidents
- Support supplier compliance processes and governance requirements
- Perform re-assessments of high and medium-risk personal data processing activities
- Maintain records management and contribute to quality assurance processes
- Support regular policy compliance reviews and internal audits
- Contribute to developing and embedding privacy notices, templates, guidance, and best practices
- Provide support to the wider Group Privacy team on additional activities as required
Who you are
- Understanding of the global privacy landscape within technology and online environments
- Good knowledge of GDPR, EU AI Act, and related data protection regulations
- Familiarity with compliance management standards, tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Strong organisational capability, able to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a collaborative approach
- Experience with OneTrust and Jira is advantageous
- 1–2+ years of experience in operational data privacy roles
- CIPP/E accreditation or equivalent certification required
- Additional certifications such as CIPM, CIPT, or AIGP are beneficial
