About this Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to manage the initial processing of International Carrier Voice deal data within the Telarix Contract Simulator module. This role involves preparing deal templates, generating summaries, supporting deal performance evaluations, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency. The individual will play a key role in supporting market managers and billing operations, contributing to the optimisation of commercial voice operations.

What you will do

  • Accurately input International Carrier Voice deal data into Telarix Contract Simulator templates or create UI change sheets for existing deals.
  • Generate Simple Deal Summaries and manage origin-based ratings.
  • Collaborate with Process Analysts to resolve issues with downloads, uploads, and templates; raise tickets with Telarix when necessary.
  • Conduct mid-term and post-deal “True-Ups” to assess actual deal performance.
  • Provide insights for operating model improvements based on system understanding.
  • Regularly report progress and issues to the line manager.
  • Support Market Managers and Billing Operations Managers in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to deal processing.

Who you are

  • A graduate (BA, BSc, BEng or equivalent).
  • Experienced in handling large, complex data sets with intermediate Excel skills.
  • Familiar with International Wholesale Voice business processes and terminology.
  • Knowledge of Telarix routing, contract, and reporting modules is advantageous.
  • Proven ability to contribute to process improvements and manage operational tasks with attention to detail.
