About This Role

We are seeking a Product Management Consultant – SCM to support the Vodafone EVO Supply Chain Management solution, part of the EVO S/4 Digital Core running on SAP S/4HANA. Based in Pune, this role acts as the SCM product manager across projects, working closely with business stakeholders, global process owners and system integrators to ensure solutions align with Vodafone standards while minimising deviations from the core business model. The scope spans SAP S/4HANA, Extended Warehouse Management, and SAP Cloud solutions including Ariba and Fieldglass, offering a broad and impactful role within a global transformation programme.

What you’ll do

Lead and facilitate fit-gap analysis sessions with business stakeholders, global process owners, system integrators, centres of excellence and process governance teams.Identify, classify and propose resolutions for gaps between local requirements and the core SCM business model, with a focus on reducing deviations.Ensure timely completion and sign-off of all analyse-phase deliverables.Support the design phase by ensuring clear understanding of business requirements and resolving open questions with all involved parties.Review functional specifications, technical specifications and PTC test scripts within agreed service levels, ensuring adherence to Solution Manager guidelines.Support the build and test phases by contributing to UAT test script creation and ensuring full end-to-end and local deviation coverage.Conduct product inspections post-build and prior to UAT to identify defects, assess usability, and validate solution quality and performance.Provide on-site and post go-live support, acting as the primary contact for business-related issues and coordinating resolution within agreed service levels

Who you are

An individual with strong communication skills, able to engage effectively with senior leaders, business stakeholders, global process owners and delivery partners.An active listener who can translate business needs into effective system solutions and identify gaps against established SCM models.Experienced in adopting and adhering to organisational processes, methodologies and ways of working within a multinational environment.Highly organised, able to prioritise effectively and deliver against demanding timelines in complex programmes.Professionally qualified with extensive experience in SAP/ERP implementations, SAP certification, and over five years of involvement in large-scale, multi-country transformation programmes.Knowledgeable across SAP modules such as MM, IM, PM, AA, EWM, Ariba and Fieldglass, with experience using HP Quality Centre, SAP Solution Manager and Microsoft collaboration tools.Familiar with SAP delivery methodologies, with exposure to agile ways of working considered an advantage.
