About this Role
What you’ll do
- Define, refine, and prioritise the team backlog in alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Translate high-level product enablers into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria and non-functional requirements.
- Ensure backlog visibility, transparency, and clarity for all stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Business Product Managers, Architects, ARTs, vendors, and Operations to shape and execute the product roadmap.
- Act as the voice of the customer and business within the Agile Release Train (ART).
- Participate actively in PI (Program Increment) planning and SAFe ceremonies to enable consistent delivery.
- Contribute to architecture and design discussions, ensuring alignment with security, GDPR, SOX, and operational standards.
- Support production environments through incident resolution and continuous optimisation of application landscapes.
- Apply DevSecOps practices to enhance system efficiency, reliability, and security.
Who you are
- An experienced professional with strong expertise in Telecom BSS platforms, especially billing systems and customer communication tools.
- Skilled in backlog management, agile product ownership, and translating business requirements into technical deliverables.
- Knowledgeable in fulfilment domain architecture, design principles, and non-functional requirements.
- Experienced in production support, incident management, and continuous improvement practices.
- Certified in SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM), CSPO, Agile Business Analysis, or equivalent.
- A collaborative communicator who can effectively bridge business and technology stakeholders.
