About this Role

We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead large-scale and complex programmes within the Software Engineering – BIBDA function. Based in Pune, India, this role demands deep expertise in Agile frameworks, customer engagement, and programme delivery across BSS and BIBDA domains. The individual will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, mentoring junior managers, and ensuring successful execution of programmes aligned with business goals.

What you will do

  • Lead high-value programmes (USD 2–5M) to successful completion within defined KPIs.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project management plans and frameworks.
  • Engage effectively with customers and stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
  • Define and implement Agile programme management frameworks and operating models.
  • Respond to RFPs/RFIs for new opportunities and drive service line-level transformation.
  • Mentor and guide junior programme/project managers, fostering a collaborative team culture.
  • Establish milestones and action plans to meet strategic objectives.

Who you are

  • 18–25 years of overall experience, with at least 15 years in programme management.
  • Proven track record in managing Application Development projects of significant scale.
  • Strong domain knowledge in BIBDA and BSS.
  • Expertise in Agile methodologies, estimation techniques, and productivity optimisation.
  • Certified in CSM and SAFe Advanced frameworks.
  • Proficient in tools such as MPP, Slack, Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
  • Holds a degree in B.E./B.Tech, BCA/MCA, or BSc/MSc in Computer Science.
