About this Role
What you’ll do

Own the payroll transformation workstream and product backlog, aligning priorities with business objectives, statutory obligations, delivery milestones and measurable value.Provide functional leadership for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll or a comparable enterprise payroll platform.Define future-state payroll processes that balance global standards with market-specific statutory and operational requirements.Lead, coach and coordinate team members and cross-functional contributors, establishing clear accountability for deliverables.Partner with Product Managers, market payroll teams, HR, Finance, Technology, implementation partners and other stakeholders to agree requirements, decisions and delivery plans.Guide requirements through design, build, testing, cutover, go-live and early-life support.Proactively manage delivery risks, dependencies, controls and decisions.Ensure that data quality, information security, auditability, payroll controls, integrations and operational readiness are addressed throughout the solution lifecycle.Drive payroll simplification, standardisation, automation and continuous improvement while maintaining a positive employee and stakeholder experience.Apply JIRA and SAFe Agile practices to backlog management, sprint planning, Program Increment planning, progress tracking and transparent reporting.Explain complex payroll matters clearly and support informed decision-making among senior stakeholders and market teams.
