About this Role

We are seeking a Pricing Specialist who can lead commercial pricing activities for enterprise opportunities across global and local markets. The role involves developing competitive commercial propositions, assessing bespoke solution requirements, and guiding bid teams throughout the deal lifecycle. The individual will work closely with sales, product, and commercial stakeholders to influence customer decisions, ensure pricing consistency across regions, and support the profitability and strategic success of enterprise bids.

What you will do

  • Develop tailored commercial and pricing propositions based on customer needs, market dynamics, product lifecycles, and competitive insights.
  • Manage pricing activities for global and single‑country opportunities, supporting the complete deal lifecycle from qualification to contract signing.
  • Evaluate bespoke solution requirements, assess impacts against standard offerings, and provide commercially viable options.
  • Lead pricing modelling using industry best practices for profit and loss analysis across global markets.
  • Engage and influence commercial stakeholders; manage expectations and support decision‑making.
  • Participate in customer negotiations by advising on commercial conditions, risks, and bid strategies.
  • Build high-quality proposal materials that strengthen client confidence.
  • Develop regional pricing structures, tariffs, and price books to ensure consistency and profitability.
  • Identify and drive process improvements and global optimisation initiatives.
  • Support transformation projects by identifying risks, resolving execution gaps, and improving operational performance.
  • Build strong relationships with senior business stakeholders to enable seamless collaboration.

Who you are

  • Experienced in commercial pricing, preferably within service‑based or SaaS environments.
  • Skilled in developing commercial propositions and engaging with customers during negotiation stages.
  • Possess solid understanding of telecoms markets (desired) and the ability to interpret bespoke technical solutions.
  • Proficient in financial and accounting principles with strong Excel capabilities.
  • Analytical, detail‑oriented, and capable of sound decision‑making in complex situations.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management, relationship building, presentation, and communication.
  • Able to work flexibly in a multicultural, global environment while managing priorities effectively.
  • Demonstrated problem‑solving ability and continuous improvement mindset.
