About this Role
What you’ll do
- Evaluate business requests from carriers and develop suitable pricing solutions.
- Operate pricing tools, perform feasibility assessments, and support commercial negotiations
- Manage quotes and RFPs for key customers, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Collaborate with internal teams (billing, delivery, product, feasibility) and external stakeholders to ensure service delivery.
- Support customer onboarding and introduction of new products or services.
- Monitor delivery progress, manage escalations, and provide root cause analysis where required.
- Engage with customers through reviews and maintain clear communication on service updates.
- Drive improvements in pricing processes and tools in collaboration with relevant teams.
Who you are
- Proven experience (approximately 7+ years) in quoting and pricing within telecom or similar domains.
- Understanding of telecom technologies such as WAN (MPLS), carrier voice, and transmission networks.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Knowledge of order-to-cash processes and basic financial concepts.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet deadlines effectively.
- Demonstrated capability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and deliver customer-focused outcomes.
- A collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Relevant educational background (e.g., Engineering, Science, or Finance-related qualifications).
