Job Description

Key Accountabilities:

  • Engage with _VOIS IO Service Lines to translate their business goals into actions (deliverables by the ARIS Process Centre of Expertise) to enable and accelerate the achievement of those goals.
  • Propose, agree, and deliver relevant support to the program/business unit in the adoption of skills required in process design, architecture, and analysis.
  • Translate the requirements of the program business unit into technical capability requirements to be delivered by the ARIS Center of Expertise,
  • Manage the design, delivery, testing, communication, and adoption of the capability. Prototyping / Proof of Concept where applicable.
  • Manage the ongoing business-as-usual support for the Process Architecture including User access, training, and support.
  • Identify and deliver opportunities to leverage value from our process architecture, practices, and platform across _VOIS IO as part of Process Data and Reporting Practice, user and stakeholder community.

Core Accountability:

  • Strong engagement and communication skills are required to partner with and deliver for the program / business unit.
  • Analysis skills required to translate program / business unit objectives into actions and capability requirements.
  • High degree of knowledge in process architecture, improvement and the platforms that support the capability.

Must Have Technical Expertise 

 

  • Certified ARIS Architect and ARIS Administrator.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as ARIS Architecture Specialist or equivalent role.
  • Experience in Process Improvement or Process Governance role or providing direct support to Business Transformation programs.
