  • Drive delivery through approved change control processes, ensuring compliance with internal and external policies.
  • Apply structured project management practices, including governance, risk management, change management, and stakeholder communication, aligned to PRINCE2 principles.
  • Manage delivery milestones, resolve issues, and escalate risks appropriately to maintain service stability and customer confidence.
  • Review delivery processes, provide continuous improvement feedback, and support the rollout of enhanced practices across GDC teams.

Who you are

  • An individual with a strong background in IT infrastructure delivery, including hands-on experience in data centre decommissioning or implementation.
  • Confident in coordinating cross-functional technical teams and engaging with customers and internal stakeholders to deliver shared outcomes.
  • Knowledgeable in data centre technologies and IT service management practices, including ITIL frameworks.
  • Comfortable working with reporting, dashboards, and delivery metrics to track progress and quality.
  • Able to apply independent judgement, translate customer needs into technical requirements, and manage delivery risks effectively.
