About this Role
We are seeking a skilled project management professional with 8–12 years of experience to lead end‑to‑end delivery of Application Development (AD) projects within the BIBDA and BSS domains. The individual will collaborate closely with internal teams, clients, and leadership stakeholders while driving financial tracking, agile methodologies, quality standards, and timely execution.
What you’ll do
- Lead E2E project management activities across short‑term and long‑term initiatives.
- Develop, maintain, and share comprehensive project plans with internal teams and clients.
- Monitor, track, and evaluate project performance, ensuring delivery against key milestones and objectives.
- Manage project budgets, conduct financial analysis, and adjust constraints as required.
- Apply agile management frameworks to manage programmes efficiently and support continuous delivery.
- Guide estimation processes and drive productivity improvements.
- Oversee risk, quality, and stakeholder management across assigned projects.
- Use Microsoft tools and project management software such as MPP, Slack, Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
Who you are
- Proven project management experience of 8–12 years, including 5–8 years in relevant project leadership roles.
- Strong background in handling AD projects valued at USD 1–2 million.
- Knowledge of BIBDA and BSS domains.
- Proficiency in agile methodologies and programme management frameworks.
- Skilled in estimation, productivity measurement, and project planning.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Confident using Microsoft tools and project management platforms.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or SAFe Advanced are an advantage.
- Educational qualification: B.E./B.Tech, BCA/MCA, BSc/MSc (Computer Science).
