About this Role

We are seeking an individual to drive complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives within the organisation. This role brings governance discipline, strategic oversight, and delivery excellence to a diverse transformation portfolio. The individual will ensure programmes are prioritised, managed, and executed with clear business outcomes, leveraging standardised frameworks, methodologies, and digital tools to enable efficient delivery and leadership visibility.

What you will do

Maintain end-to-end visibility of the transformation portfolio, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy and business priorities.Track progress, delivery health, milestones, risks, and dependencies across programmes, enabling informed decision-making.Establish and manage governance frameworks, supporting investment boards and leadership forums.Resolve delivery risks and cross-functional dependencies to maintain momentum across workstreams.Oversee backlog management, sprint planning, and milestone tracking for timely and quality outcomes.

Who you are

Experienced in managing enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.Skilled in financial planning, investment governance, and benefits tracking.Strong in executive communication, including influencing and stakeholder management.Adept at managing complex, cross-functional programmes.Knowledgeable in PMO frameworks and transformation methodologies.Experienced in Agile and Waterfall delivery for large enterprise programmes.Exposure to consultancy, advisory, or process improvement environments.
