About this Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Quality Engineering professional to lead the delivery of functional and automated testing services for small to medium-sized programmes. The role focuses on ensuring high-quality outcomes, meeting service level commitments, managing stakeholders, and driving efficiency through innovation, automation, and continuous improvement.
What you’ll do
Lead end-to-end test delivery, ensuring alignment with agreed service levels and quality benchmarks
Drive automation testing within scope, including regression and progression frameworks
Optimise delivery costs and resource utilisation through effective planning and demand management
Contribute to pilots, proofs of concept, and tool adoption to enhance efficiency and quality
Manage and support team members, fostering development, engagement, and performance
Strengthen testing frameworks and design approaches to improve modularity and reuse
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure transparent reporting and effective service delivery
Who you are
A professional with extensive experience (12+ years) in testing and quality engineering
Skilled in end-to-end test management across multiple programmes
Knowledgeable in system architecture, telecom domain, and delivery methodologies including Agile, SAFe, DevOps, and Waterfall
Experienced in stakeholder engagement, service delivery management, and process improvement
Proficient in test and defect management with a focus on delivering measurable business value
Capable of strategic thinking, problem-solving, and balancing technical outcomes with stakeholder expectations
