About this Role

We are seeking a Reporting Analyst (ABRM) to support financial reporting, governance, and performance insight for a defined account within Technology_VOIS. As part of the Business Relationship Management and service insourcing team, this role plays a key part in aggregating complex data across multiple teams, transforming it into meaningful insights, and presenting clear, compelling dashboards and executive summaries for senior stakeholders across VOIS, Local Markets, and Group Functions. The role combines strong analytical capability with stakeholder engagement, commercial awareness, and a structured approach to delivery.

What you will do

  • Perform project and portfolio performance analysis and develop dashboards, executive presentations, and summary insights.
  • Lead reporting and tracking of delivery against strategic objectives and key performance indicators.
  • Gather, validate, and consolidate raw data from multiple internal and external sources within the assigned portfolio.
  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve reporting and business intelligence solutions.
  • Provide clear, data-driven insights that inform business strategy and operational decisions.
  • Produce ad-hoc reports to support performance management across key verticals.
  • Conduct detailed analysis across headcount, operating expenditure, efficiency, and inbound/outbound recharges.
  • Interpret VSOL recharges to customers and provide profitability views for in-depth analysis.
  • Support finance business partners during budgeting and forecasting through strategic and analytical input.
  • Ensure timely, complete, and high-quality submissions aligned to agreed guidance and governance walks.
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive and proprietary information.
  • Build and sustain effective working relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, maintaining regular communication channels.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and quality expectations.

Who you are

  • An experienced reporting or data analyst with strong exposure to complex, global, and matrixed environments.
  • Highly proficient in MS Excel (including complex spreadsheets, macros, Access, and VBA), Power BI, PowerPoint, and related reporting tools.
  • Skilled in data consolidation, database management, data visualisation, and storytelling with data.
  • Confident in working with financial and commercial data, with strong business and financial acumen.
  • Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders, presenting insights clearly and credibly.
  • Organised, proactive, and able to work autonomously with high levels of accountability.
  • Experienced in metrics design, performance measurement, and reporting governance.
  • Knowledgeable in suitable data analytics processes and tools, with exposure to telecom or related industries.
  • A collaborative team contributor with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Typically brings 7–10 years of relevant industry experience, supported by a degree in management information systems, finance, statistics, econometrics, or a related discipline.
