About this Role
- Monitor, operate and manage network performance activities that support Vodafone’s network operations strategy.
- Analyse radio network performance, troubleshoot RAN KPI issues and identify whether issues are operational or project-related.
- Perform proactive maintenance activities to help prevent incidents and continuously optimise network performance.
- Support incident, problem and change management activities as part of the Service Assurance function for mobile networks.
- Work with first-line operations teams to define and improve alarm analysis procedures that help detect and resolve faults.
- Escalate complex technical issues to vendors, provide technical guidance and support timely resolution.
- Share knowledge with teams involved in deployment and network operations to enhance technical capability.
- Implement procedures and operational process improvements, including opportunities related to automation and artificial intelligence, to support SLA and KPI delivery.
- Maintain clear communication on technical incidents and provide timely notifications to agreed stakeholder groups.
- Contribute to vendor and partner management, including maintenance and managed service contract scope related to network operations.
What you’ll do

Who you are
- You have strong knowledge of mobile network architecture across 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G, with experience across multiple vendors.
- You understand radio network performance KPIs and counters, and can analyse and troubleshoot RAN KPI issues.
- You have experience in proactive maintenance, network optimisation and ITIL Incident Management.
- You can support performance monitoring, incident management, escalation management, radio KPI analysis and counter analysis
- You communicate clearly in written and spoken English.
- You hold a university degree in Electronics, Telecommunication, Information Technology or a related field.
- You bring 8 to 10 years of experience in telecommunications.
