About this Role

We are seeking a data-focused professional to support operational and financial reporting, data analysis, and Business Intelligence (BI) development for Vodafone Global Enterprise. The individual will work closely with teams across business units, providing insights that enhance decision‑making, improve KPIs, enable accurate billing, and minimise risk of revenue loss. The role also contributes to building and maintaining BI solutions, data models, and reporting structures.

What you will do

  • Develop financial and operational reports used for billing, invoicing, governance, and performance tracking.
  • Create customised reports for service and account teams, offering insights and recommendations to support informed decision‑making.
  • Produce scorecards, usage reports, KPI dashboards, SLA/KPI tracking, and savings analyses.
  • Maintain and enhance operational and financial reporting frameworks, ensuring accuracy and quality of data.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications for dashboards and analytics solutions.
  • Investigate data sources, ensure data accuracy, and resolve issues across data processes and databases.
  • Cleanse, synthesise, and interpret data to generate meaningful insights for business stakeholders.
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise information architecture and documentation standards.
  • Develop data models to integrate source systems and support BI initiatives.
  • Support commercial, sales, planning, finance, and operations teams with data-driven inputs.
  • Contribute to BI system improvements, ETL optimisation, and dashboard development.

Who you are

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, computer science, or a related field.
  • Bring 3+ years of experience in data analytics and reporting.
  • Possess strong analytical and data interpretation skills with a focus on objectivity and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Experienced in managing multiple priorities while maintaining professional standards.
  • Understand cross-functional business needs and drive improvements and process innovation.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint), BI concepts, and data modelling.
  • Skilled in SQL development, data warehousing, database architecture, and reporting tools.
  • Knowledgeable in big data technologies, ETL tools, and analytical/visualisation tools such as Power BI, Splunk, or Datameer.
  • Able to visualise data effectively to tell compelling and actionable stories.
