About this Role
What you’ll do
Develop, enhance, and maintain custom applications on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Visualforce, and related technologies.
Translate business requirements into technical designs and solution architectures with minimal supervision.
Collaborate with business analysts and cross-functional technical teams to gather, clarify, and document Salesforce solution requirements.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including design documents aligned to user stories.
Identify, analyse, and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations.
Perform comprehensive testing, debugging, and quality assurance to ensure reliable and secure Salesforce solutions.
Continuously review new Salesforce features and functionalities, recommending best practices to improve existing implementations.
Who you are
An experienced Salesforce professional with a bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
An individual with at least four years of relevant hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
Proficient in Salesforce administration and customisation, with strong exposure to Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Technically confident in Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, integrations, and Salesforce development frameworks.
Knowledgeable in Salesforce data models, including standard and custom objects, relationships, and fields.
Comfortable communicating technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experienced in working within Agile delivery methodologies.
Salesforce Platform Developer I certified (mandatory).
