About this Role

We are seeking a Salesforce Developer with a strong blend of technical expertise and business understanding to design, develop, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions. The role involves collaboration with stakeholders, architects, and analysts to translate requirements into effective technical designs, while contributing to Agile delivery and continuous improvement across the Salesforce ecosystem.

What you’ll do

Design and develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWCs, Visualforce, SOQL, Flows, and integrations.
Collaborate with stakeholders, Business Analysts, and Solution Architects to refine requirements and align on technical approaches.
Conduct feasibility analysis and contribute to sprint planning by estimating design and development efforts.
Lead development of complex or long-pending user stories, ensuring timely delivery within Agile frameworks.
Review peer user stories and provide constructive feedback to enhance overall solution quality.
Identify design gaps and coordinate with stakeholders to define new user stories with detailed analysis.
Support pre-production and production package validations, including issue resolution.
Assist Business Analysts by addressing queries, creating mock user interfaces, and providing additional analysis.
Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and asynchronous processes.
Optimise code management and deployment using Git, Jenkins, VS Code, and Salesforce CLI.
Mentor early-career professionals and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions.
Actively participate in requirement gathering, sprint planning, and delivery activities.

Who you are

Proficient in Apex development, including classes, triggers, and asynchronous processing.
Experienced in Salesforce development across LWCs, Visualforce, integrations, and configuration.
Skilled in Einstein Analytics (CRM Analytics) development.
Strong understanding of Salesforce administration, including security, configuration, and data handling using tools such as Data Loader.
Familiar with Agile methodology and full software development lifecycle practices.
Comfortable collaborating across technical and business teams to drive solutions.
Experienced with tools such as Git, Jenkins, VS Code, and Salesforce CLI.
Skilled in analysing requirements and translating them into scalable solutions.
