About this Role

We are seeking a SAP ABAP & HANA Consultant to contribute across the development lifecycle, delivering efficient, well-designed solutions aligned with clean core principles and SAP standards. This role involves working on core ABAP development, ABAP on HANA technologies, and supporting key modules such as FICO, SCM, and HR, alongside driving automation and continuous improvement initiatives.

What you’ll do

• Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle
• Write well-designed, efficient code, including testing and fine-tuning
• Ensure designs comply with technical specifications
• Develop reports including ALV, classical, and interactive
• Build and manage interfaces such as ALE, IDOC, and Proxy
• Support data conversions using BAPIs
• Implement enhancements including user exits, BADIs, and implicit and explicit enhancements
• Develop and maintain forms using Adobe Forms and SmartForms
• Apply object-oriented programming principles in ABAP development
• Work on ABAP on HANA technologies including OData, CDS views, and AMDP
• Contribute to automation development projects
• Investigate new technologies and present recommendations for architectural review
• Troubleshoot complex issues using structured debugging techniques

 

Who you are

• Proficient in SAP ABAP programming with strong understanding of its ecosystem
• Experienced in ABAP Object-Oriented Programming
• Knowledgeable in ABAP on HANA including OData, CDS, and AMDP
• Skilled in reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms development
• Experience working with SAP FICO, SCM, and HR modules
• Exposure to automation development initiatives
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capability
• Able to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
• Committed to coding standards and continuous improvement practices
