About this Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Developer with expertise in ABAP on HANA technologies to support SAP implementation and development initiatives. This role is ideal for a professional with over three years of SAP development experience who enjoys building scalable solutions, enhancing business processes, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes. The successful candidate will contribute across reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and modern SAP technologies including OData, ABAP CDS, and AMDP.

What you’ll do

Design, develop, test, and maintain SAP ABAP solutions across implementation and enhancement projects.Develop and support reports including ALV, Classical Reports, and Interactive Reports.Build and maintain interfaces using ALE, IDOC, and Proxy technologies.Perform data conversions and integrations using BAPIs.Develop and implement enhancements including User Exits, BADIs, Implicit Enhancements, and Explicit Enhancements.Design and support forms using Adobe Forms and SmartForms.Develop solutions leveraging ABAP on HANA technologies.Create and consume OData services to support SAP applications and integrations.Develop ABAP CDS views and AMDP-based solutions to optimise application performance.Analyse technical and business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.Collaborate with stakeholders and project teams to deliver quality solutions and continuous improvements.Ensure adherence to development standards, quality practices, and governance requirements.

Who you are

3+ years of SAP implementation and development experience.Strong expertise in SAP ABAP programming and ABAP Object-Oriented Programming.Hands-on experience with:
  • ALV, Classical Reports, and Interactive Reports.
  • ALE, IDOC, and Proxy interfaces.
  • Data conversions using BAPIs.
  • User Exits, BADIs, Implicit Enhancements, and Explicit Enhancements.
  • Adobe Forms and SmartForms.
Strong knowledge of ABAP on HANA technologies, including:
  • OData Protocol.
  • ABAP CDS (Core Data Services).
  • AMDP.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and cross-functional teams.Commitment to quality, innovation, and continuous learning.
