About this Role

We are seeking a skilled SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Administration Specialist to manage platform operations, governance, and performance across enterprise data and analytics environments. This role focuses on ensuring secure, efficient, and scalable tenant and data management while partnering with business and technology stakeholders to deliver reliable insights and solutions.

What you’ll do

Administer SAP Datasphere tenants, spaces, roles, user groups, and resource allocations while maintaining governance standards
Configure and manage connectivity across SAP and non-SAP data sources, including data integration and pipelines
Oversee semantic models, data lineage, documentation, and change control processes
Monitor and optimise system performance, storage, workloads, and cost efficiency
Implement robust security controls including RBAC, data masking, and audit mechanisms
Manage incidents, perform root cause analysis, and support release and patch cycles
Oversee SAC tenant operations including provisioning, access control, and content lifecycle
Govern dashboards, models, and analytic applications with effective transport and deployment practices
Enable performance monitoring and optimise story and data refresh performance
Collaborate across SAP BW/4HANA, S/4HANA, BTP, and external platforms for seamless integration
Support automation, DevOps practices, and maintain documentation, runbooks, and standards
Provide L2/L3 support and enablement to users and stakeholders

Who you are

Experienced in SAP Datasphere administration including spaces, connectivity, and monitoring
Proficient in SAC administration including tenant setup, governance, and security
Knowledgeable in identity and access management (SSO, SAML, Azure AD, Okta) and compliance practices
Strong in performance tuning, monitoring, scheduling, and capacity planning
Familiar with SAP and non-SAP integrations including BW/4HANA, S/4HANA, and modern data platforms
Capable of automating operational tasks and supporting DevOps practices
Demonstrates strong analytical thinking, problem solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
Comfortable working in dynamic environments with multiple projects and priorities
