About this Role

We are seeking a skilled SAP Datasphere Developer to support and enhance enterprise data integration and analytics capabilities within the AIDA service line. This role focuses on building robust data flows, ensuring data quality, and delivering scalable analytics solutions aligned with business requirements across multiple domains such as Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and CRM. The position is based in Pune (with opportunities in Bangalore and Ahmedabad) and offers exposure to SAP S/4HANA, Datasphere, and advanced analytics within a global telecom environment.

What you’ll do

Develop and maintain data and replication flows in SAP Datasphere to ensure accurate and timely data integrationPerform data validation and reconciliation between source systems and analytics modelsBuild and enhance analytical datasets and data models in Datasphere (Spaces, Data Builder, Business Builder)Monitor and resolve data loading issues, replication errors, and job failures proactivelyCollaborate with business and functional teams to translate requirements into optimised data solutionsSupport reporting needs through SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and Datasphere integrationDocument technical designs, data models, and processes for maintainability and knowledge sharingManage multiple priorities and contribute to project delivery in dynamic environmentsEngage stakeholders effectively through clear communication and collaborative problem-solving

Who you are

4–6 years of experience in SAP Analytics, with at least one full lifecycle implementationHands-on expertise in SAP Datasphere, ABAP CDS views, and S/4HANA Embedded AnalyticsStrong proficiency in SAP HANA SQL, calculation views, and data modelling techniquesExperience with SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud) reporting and analyticsKnowledge of SDLC methodologies, preferably AgileStrong analytical thinking with problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and respond effectively to risks and issuesEffective stakeholder engagement and communication skillsDesirable: Telecom domain knowledge, data warehousing concepts, and architecture understandingEducational background in Engineering or a technical discipline preferred
