About this Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to support project and application delivery for Project EVO within VOIS Pune. The role focuses on analysing business requirements, designing and implementing SAP FICO solutions, and supporting integration across multiple financial processes. The position requires a strong understanding of SAP’s core and niche FICO modules, the ability to manage solution workshops, and collaboration with multiple global stakeholders.

What you will do

  • Analyse financial business requirements and translate them into high‑quality SAP FICO solutions.
  • Design, configure and implement SAP FICO processes, including testing and UAT support.
  • Identify integration challenges across modules and develop effective resolutions.
  • Work with stakeholders from finance, supply chain, and other functional teams to ensure accurate and efficient solution delivery.
  • Clarify processes for end users, auditors and business partners and provide necessary technical guidance.
  • Maintain documentation for FICO processes and support the development of training materials.
  • Manage cross‑functional workshops and collaborate with system integrators to resolve process defects.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement activities, taking initiative to resolve issues with minimal supervision.

Who you are

  • Graduate or postgraduate in Engineering, Finance, CA, ICWA, CFA, or a related discipline.
  • 6–8 years of experience in SAP FICO consulting and implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of key SAP FICO modules such as GL, AR, AP, Asset Accounting, Cost Centre Accounting, Profit Centre Accounting, Taxation, Treasury and Intercompany Accounting.
  • Exposure to niche modules such as RE‑FX, In‑House Cash, GRC, Travel & Expenses, or third‑party tax tools like SABRIX is advantageous.
  • Fluent in English, with strong communication, facilitation and analytical capabilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, adapt to shift modes and manage workloads independently.
  • Skilled in coordinating diverse groups, delivering solutions in complex SAP environments, and managing issues within structured project frameworks.
  • Knowledge of ITIL (preferably V3) is desirable.
