About this Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to support and enhance SAP GRC Process Control and Risk Management operations within the Global Roles, Governance & Compliance team. This role is focused on ensuring effective service delivery, governance, risk and compliance operations, workflow management, assessment coordination, testing activities and automation initiatives. The successful candidate will help improve turnaround times, data quality, user experience and operational efficiency while supporting a controls environment covering thousands of controls and assessments across global markets.

What you’ll do

Manage SAP GRC Process Control and Risk Management operational requests, priorities, service levels, backlog and ageing activities
Coordinate creation, maintenance and quality assurance of organisational, process, control and risk master data.
Support assessment planning, scheduling, workflow monitoring and resolution of work items.
Manage role and access requests, user support activities, substitutions and periodic data quality checks.
Coordinate unit testing, user acceptance testing, regression testing, defect management and production validation activities
Support and enhance approval workflows and request applications within the GRC landscape.
Contribute to Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint and reporting solutions through requirements gathering, testing, deployment and support.
Develop operational dashboards, management information reports, service reviews and exception reporting.
Deliver onboarding, training materials, user guides, standard operating procedures and knowledge repositories.
Identify opportunities for simplification, automation and continuous improvement while maintaining audit-ready documentation and controls.

Who you are

Experience working with SAP GRC Process Control administration, operations or implementation.
Experience in master data management, access governance, assessment scheduling and workflow support.
Exposure to testing coordination, defect management, production validation and stakeholder sign-off processes.
Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint, workflow automation or reporting solutions
Strong analytical thinking, process documentation and service management capabilities.
Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining quality, evidence standards and effective communication
Relevant degree or professional qualification with at least three years of experience in SAP GRC Process Control operations, controls or risk management support.
SAP GRC, Power Platform, controls or risk-related certifications are advantageous, as is exposure to telecommunications and SAP GRC Risk Management
