About this Role

We are seeking an SAP Integrated Business Planning specialist to enhance, support, and evolve supply chain planning systems, ensuring end‑to‑end business processes operate reliably and efficiently across markets. This role combines functional expertise, system ownership, and change delivery to support business continuity and transformation within supply chain management.

What you will do

 

  • Provide expert second‑level functional support for SAP IBP and associated supply chain management tools across demand, supply, inventory, and replenishment processes.
  • Drive end‑to‑end delivery of system and process changes, covering requirement gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and post‑implementation support.
  • Analyse incidents and defects, identify root causes, and implement sustainable system and process improvements.
  • Manage testing activities, including optimisation and maintenance of test scripts to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Support business users and super users through training, knowledge sharing, and operational guidance.
  • Lead or contribute to migration, integration, and onboarding initiatives involving customers, suppliers, or third‑party systems.
  • Oversee third‑party suppliers to ensure effective delivery of system changes and ongoing maintenance.
  • Establish and maintain a structured change management and business‑as‑usual support framework for supply chain tools.

Who you are

 

  • A subject matter expert in SAP Integrated Business Planning and supply chain management tools.
  • Experienced across SAP IBP for demand, supply, inventory, demand‑driven replenishment, and supply chain control tower solutions.
  • Skilled in change management, testing, documentation, and structured problem solving.
  • Analytical, detail‑oriented, and confident working with complex, cross‑functional processes.
  • Comfortable collaborating with global stakeholders and supporting shared service environments.
  • Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non‑technical audiences.
